Face painting at Homeskillet fest

Festival logo on my face! My friend Heather painted this !

Heather on the bottom right, and I in the middle , painted peoples faces for hours Friday and Saturday night at Homeskillet fest! Amazing variety of great live music and food in Sitka.
While listening to the bands I painted nonstop , butterfly wings, swirls, fish, hippos , spiderman, a few jelly fish and even a whale and more!
Painting kids and adults faces was a challenge but good practice to use confident lines and intuitive colors!
It was fun and everyone we painted left happy !

Color me Magnets!

So fun drawing these sea creatures on scraps of watercolor paper and mat board . I put magnet tape on the backsides and created them for you to color in or paint! A new idea - for selling at the Sitka Farmers Market this summer along with some cards and prints ! I call them Color Me Magnets :)
